ATTEND GSURC 2021
The 15th Annual Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference, also known as GSURC, is an event for undergraduate students from all disciplines to showcase their creative and scholarly works. This year’s conference consists of about 150 presentations.
GSURC will take place April 14th and 15th on a virtual platform, with both live and pre-recorded components. Access to GSURC will be available to the public for observation and participation starting April 14th at 9 a.m. Eastern time.
Conference attendees will be able to browse through the pre-recorded portions of poster presentations, film presentations, musical performances and artistic displays starting April 14th. During special live sessions on April 14th and 15th, the creators of these works will be available via video conference sessions to engage with attendees and answer questions about their work.
Live oral presentations will be given in virtual rooms on April 14th and 15th. Each virtual room will consist of up to four student speakers presenting talks from similar disciplines. Talks will run for approximately 10 minutes followed by five minutes for Q&A with the audience. Moderators will manage each session, and attendees can drop in at any time and move from session to session as they please.
